◆關於雨天時的搭乘
吊椅索道設有遮雨棚，可撐傘搭乘。
◆關於兒童的搭乘
小學生以上方可獨自搭乘吊椅索道。當小學以下的兒童乘坐椅子形的升降機時，成年人會積極地抱住兒童。
◆關於攜帶寵物搭乘
禁止攜帶寵物搭乘單軌電車，請抱著寵物利用吊椅索道入園，敬請見諒。請留意吊椅索道之運休日。
